Scope Of Contract: The Public Utility “EKO-SEP” Ltd. (JP “EKO-SEP” d.o.o.) (the “Client”) supported by the Municipalities: Banovici, Kladanj and Zivinice (the “Municipality”) approached the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “Bank” or the “EBRD”) with a request to assess the possibility of financing construction of regional sanitary landfill under the Zivinice Regional Solid Waste Project (the “Project”). The Project plans construction of Regional Sanitary Landfill "Separation 1" for need of three (3) municipalities and their 100,000 residents. This is expected to provide environmental and health benefits for the municipalities as well as broader region.
