The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

The project is fully loan financed.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The loan proceeds will finance improvements to Tbilisi’s municipal vehicle fleet as identified through the City’s Green City Action Plan. The Project will include the acquisition of vehicles, machinery and equipment, as well as digital route optimisation and truck pool management systems, for the provision of municipal services, namely solid waste management (“SWM”), street lighting, street cleaning and drainage in the City.
