General Procurement Notice

1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
EBRD loan proceeds to be co-financed by WBIF Grant and EBRD TC funds.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The Public Enterprise for State Roads (PESR) has received a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) up to EUR 110 Mln. The loan will finance the construction of the Bukojchani-Kichevo road section, 10.2 km in length and will consist of two tranches: (i) committed Tranche 1 to finance the works and works supervision for a 6.7-kilometre road sub-section (Subsection 1) and the detailed design of a 4-kilometre road sub-section consisting of a tunnel and a bridge (Subsection 2); and (ii) uncommitted Tranche 2 to finance the works and works supervision for Subsection 2. The Project is co-financed by an investment grant provided by from the European Union (EU) through the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF).
