Reason for Addendum: In accordance with the recommendation of the Engineer and approval of the Bank, in view of the numerous requests from participants to extend the deadline for submitting applications for the first stage of the tender and also taking into account the tight deadlines for the implementation of the project, it was decided to extend the term of acceptance of applications of the first stage for a period of not more than 25 calendar days, namely until 9.01.2023, 10.00 am.
