2. Information on the Procurement Exercise

The Client and the Bank jointly urge interested parties to independently assess risks associated with the implementation of the contract, including but not limited to the risks resulting from the ongoing conflict. Parties should seek their own legal, financial, risk management as well as health and safety advice.
The Bank does not provide any security or safety guarantees pertaining to risks resulting from the ongoing conflict in relation to this tendering process or the implementation of the resulting contract. Please refer to the applicable procurement documents for any specific arrangements provided by the Client in this respect.
