1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named contract(s).

2. Information on the Procurement Exercise

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

The documentation will include such information as: detailed technical and financial requirements; any information on lots; the expected outcome; eligibility and qualification requirements; contract start date; planned contract duration; any response requirements; any other relevant information.

3. Other Information
The project is implemented in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, using loan and grant funds, it plans to implement the project for about 5 840 households in the city zone of the City of Živinice, which will ultimately mean benefits for more than 32,000 residents.
The projects that will be implemented are:
- Project Implementation Consultant (PIU Consultant and Supervision Engineer in accordance to FIDIC), estimated value 2,200,000.00 EUR
- Detailed design, tender documents preparation and procurement support for works and consultancy implementation, estimated value 625,000.00 EUR
- Equipment for wastewater treatment plant, estimated value 363,001.00 EUR
- Extension and rehabilitation of Water network, estimated value 12,932,415.00 EUR
- Extension and rehabilitation of Wastewater network, estimated value 10,919,129.00 EUR.

Benefits from the project will be realized through health - social, economic - financial, environmental, climatic and institutional aspects.
