Contract Description: This Contract Agreement is made on the 24 day of March, 2025 Between Tbilisi Transport Company LLC, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Georgia and having its principal place of business at #2 Station Square,0112 Tbilisi, Georgia - The Employer and Consortium of Gravita LLC & Tbili Sakhli LLC, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Georgia and having its principal place of business at Gravita LLC, Mirian Mepe str. 68a, Tbilisi; Tbili Sakhli LLC Liubliana str. 56, Didube District, Tbilisi - the Contractor.
Whereas the Employer invited tenders for the execution of the Works, described as Rehabilitation Of Bus Depot No 1 - Re-Advertisement 2, TTC 4 - ECEPP ID 32440460 and has accepted a Tender by the Contractor for the execution and completion of these Works and the remedying of any defects therein, and the Employer agrees to pay the Contractor the Contract Price or such other sum as may become payable under the provisions of the Contract at the times and in the manner prescribed by the Contract.
