1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
The Project will be funded by a sovereign loan of up to EUR 100 million to the Republic of Türkiye and EBRD Shareholder Special Fund (“SSF”) and SIF of up to EUR 907,360.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The Project consists of a sovereign loan of up to EUR 100 million to finance the construction of the Üçgüllük Wastewater Treatment Plant ("WWTP") with a capacity of 21,000 m3/d, a Deep-Sea Discharge incl. pumping station, Arsuz sewage network and procurement of ancillary services in the Arsuz district of city of Hatay, Türkiye.

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
