General Procurement Notice

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank), from Client's own funds towards the cost of the above named project
The client will provide the financing of the applicable taxes and unforeseen costs, if any.

The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 56400000.00 EUR, will require the procurement of the following:

• Project scope includes expansion and upgrade of TPS Zemun Complex and will require the procurement of the following:
  construction of all required structures, tracks, facilities, equipment and installations, on the location of TPS Zemun, for the purposes of treatment and maintenance of passenger transport rolling stock, and waiting to be put into operation, with the capacities sized in accordance with the expected workload; and reconstruction and repair the existing infrastructure and completion of works on the unfinished objects

Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin on 30/11/2017.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will be open to firms from any country.


The proceeds of the loan from, or Grant administered by, the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.
