General Procurement Notice

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank)
100% EBRD loan

The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 29,000,000.00 EUR, will require the procurement of the following:

• Rehabilitation of an approximately 15km road section from Kllokot to Gjilan and the upgrade of access roads for a total length of approximately 11.2 km in the cities of Ferizaj, Gjilan and Prizren in Kosovo
  The proposed Project, which has a total estimated cost of twenty nine million EUR equivalents, will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services:
  Works:
  • Upgrade of the Access Road to the City of Prizren
  • Upgrade of N25.2 Access Road to Gjilan
  • Upgrade of the Access Road to the City of Ferizaj
  • Rehabilitation of N25.3 from Kllokot to Gjilan
  Services:
  • Consultancy for the Supervision of Works for the above mentioned sections;
  • Consultancy for the Institutional Planning Strengthening for Ministry of Infrastructure

Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin on 17/12/2018.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will be open to firms from any country.


The proceeds of the loan from, or Grant administered by, the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.
