General Procurement Notice

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank)
The project is VAT exempt according to the legislation of the Republic of Serbia

The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 150,000,000.00 EUR, will require the procurement of the following:

• The remaining components under the project are:
  1. Rehabilitation of Sections of Highway E75
  2. Improvement of Batajnica Interchange on Highway E75
  3. Construction of Interchange Gramadje on Highway E75
  4. Design and Construction of Regional Control Centre in the city of Nis
  5. Construction of New State Road Section and Rehabilitation of Existing Sections of State Roads Connecting to the Corridor X Nis – Dimitrovgrad (Highway E80)
  6. Consultants’ Services: Design, Construction and Safeguards Supervision, and Project Procurement Assistance.

Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin on 07/01/2019.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will be open to firms from any country.


The proceeds of the loan from, or Grant administered by, the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.
