The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

An EBRD loan of EUR 25 million, to be co-financed by investment grants of EUR 20 million from the EU’s MADAD Fund, USD 2.5 million the Global Concessional Finance Facility and EUR 5.9 million from the EBRD Shareholders Special Fund
The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 52,725,189.00 EUR, will require the procurement of the following:
Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin on 01/08/2019.
Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will be open to firms from any country.
The proceeds of the loan from, or Grant administered by, the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.
Tendering for this project will be conducted by e-procurement using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). Prospective participants who have registered in ECEPP and expressed an interest in the contract may access the documents and may request clarification and further information from the client through ECEPP. Other Information: The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of EUR 52.7 million equivalent, will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services:
• Construction of wastewater pumping stations and related force mains (two lots)
• Construction of wastewater collection network and related gravity trunk lines (several lots)
Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin in the second third quarter of 2019.
Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of the EBRD loan and investment grants will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules Rev. November 2017 (http://www.ebrd.com/work-with-us/procurement/policies-and-rules.html) and will be open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the EBRD loan and investment grants will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Purchaser's country.
