General Procurement Notice

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank), Co-financed
EBRD Loan plus Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development to co-finance Tranche A and Tranche B of the Project. The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 107,000,000.00 EUR (of which 52.000.000,00 EUR or 49% of the total debt required for the Project) will co – finance Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development.


The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 107,000,000.00 EUR, will require the procurement of the following:

• Tranche A:
  • Group of works I: - Construction of a 17.5 km motorway section on Corridor Vc between Halasica bridge and the town of Beli Manastir
  • Group of works II: - Construction and installation of road equipment and utilities for furnishing of section: Halasica Bridge - Beli Manastir
  
  Tranche B:
  
  • Group of works III: - Construction of a 5 km motorway section on Corridor Vc from the town of Beli Manastir to Hungarian border and installation of the relevant motorway equipment
  
  
  Tenderings for the above contracts are expected to begin as follows:
  
  • For Group of works I – in December 2019;
  • For Group of works II – in September 2020;
  • For Group of works III – in January 2021;
  

Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin on 30/12/2019.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will be open to firms from any country.


The proceeds of the loan from, or Grant administered by, the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.

Tendering for this project will be conducted by e-procurement using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). Prospective participants who have registered in ECEPP and expressed an interest in the contract may access the documents and may request clarification and further information from the client through ECEPP.
